At OKrazy, we need a Social Media Growth Strategist who understands how platforms truly work — algorithms, data, optimization, and content performance.

This role is focused on growing accounts strategically, analyzing results, and turning insights into scalable, viral growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze social media performance and platform algorithms
  • Optimize and properly configure social media accounts  
  • Develop data-driven strategies to increase reach, engagement, and growth  
  • Identify content patterns that lead to viral performance  
  • Propose creative ideas backed by insights and analytics  

Must Have

  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)  
  • Experience analyzing data, metrics, and performance insights  
  • Strategic mindset focused on growth and scalability  
  • Ability to turn data into actionable content strategies  
  • Creative thinking supported by logic and testing  

Nice to have

  • Experience with automotive content
  • Knowledge of paid ads (FB/IG/TikTok)
  • Familiarity with American consumer trends
  •  Experience growing brands or accounts organically
