We’re looking for a Developer / System IT Specialist to help improve and maintain our internal systems at Okrazy. You’ll work mainly with Odoo, solve technical issues, automate simple processes, and support our team with system-related needs. 

If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy creating practical solutions, this role is for you.  

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve Odoo modules and workflows
  • Solve technical issues for the team
  • Automate processes and tasks
  • Support sales and operations with system needs
  • Maintain data accuracy and system organization

Must Have

  • Basic experience with Python or Odoo
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Good communication and teamwork

Nice to have

  • Odoo customization experience
  • Basic knowledge of databases
  • Experience in automation or integrations
  • Familiarity with small business workflows
  • English advanced level
